Water, water everywhere....
So ya, not sure if you heard, but a fire hose erupted on the 17th floor of our building. Suffice to say that many apartments got flooded with water.
This is me finding this out in our apartment.
Looks like I'll be stuck at the school until we get power back...

All of these people went to class today...
The question is, can you really tell who they're supposed to be?
Was not quite awake enough to nab everyone..

More possibilities...
Some potential designs I threw together for the bugs in the film. Had fun working with Jody and Ji-Hye on these.

Pixar's Next?
According to Reuters, Disney/Pixar is attempting to acquire the rights to Edgar Rice Burrough's "John Carter of Mars" series to make into a feature film. Cartoon Brew hints that Andrew Stanton may be set to direct.
Also notable is Jim Hill Media's Post on the upcoming things brewing up at Disney - Most of it relates to live action stuff like Pirates 3, National Treasure 2, Narnia, et al - but make sure to check out the logo and a screencap from Wall E, apparently the story of "Robots in Love":
[Update] There's also a rumor floating around that Wall E will have no dialogue. Pretty interesting...

A productive day....
Work from 6 Hours of Life drawing and drawing people during class.
Finally starting to get closer to where I want with the watercolors...
Best of all, though, is that there's still 30 minutes left in this day to produce more stuff!
