Big Studio Year-End Rush

Seems that there's going to be a free screening of Dreamworks' Over the Hedge for animation students on April 18th at 10 am in the Varsity Cinemas on 55 Bloor Street West, Toronto. Guh! Why so early?

Also, it seems that Pixar, who is hiring animators and fix animators, is going to give Sheridan a little visit on April 26th, and will have a Q&A session between 11am - 1pm. Definetly psyched about this!

It's a pop-up on the server. Email Paulette Geffros (paulette.geffros@sheridanc.on.ca) (Sorry I tried to make that a link but for some reason blogger doesn't allow "mailto"s in comments I guess). I think it's the first 50 people who sign up get in.

hey~ is it free screening for everyone or only Sheridan students?

My assumption is that the screening is only for Sheridan students, but as I said, it's in Toronto, and only the first 50 sheridan students get a spot.

Ask around Seneca, it would make sense to me (because of the limited seating available to Sheridan students), that the screening is for animation students in the surrounding area.
